Access points

Where you enter the venue grounds

Three green access points, all off Voortrekker Road.
Who
Everyone. There is no other way onto the site.
Where
Two at the northern end near the R101 interchange, and one at the western end alongside the general parking area.
On arrival
Have your ticket open on your phone before you reach the point. Tell the marshal your ticket type and they will send you to your colour.

General parking

The main attendee parking area

The large open field west of the arena.
Who
All general ticket holders.
Where
The large open area west of the arena, bordered by Voortrekker Road. It is the biggest area on the map.
On arrival
Follow the marshals into the rows rather than choosing your own spot. It fills the area evenly and keeps Voortrekker Road clear behind you.
Note
This is the furthest area from the doors, so allow extra walking time — and take note of your row before you leave the car.
RedVIP

VIP parking

Dedicated area for VIP guests

The long strip on the southern side of Voortrekker Road.
Who
VIP ticket holders only.
Where
The long strip running along the southern side of Voortrekker Road, opposite the venue — a short, direct walk across to the arena.
On arrival
Have your VIP ticket ready at the access point — the marshal confirms it before directing you through. Without a VIP ticket you will be sent to yellow.
Note
You will cross Voortrekker Road on foot to reach the entrance. Use the marshalled crossing point rather than cutting across traffic.

Circle

Money Circle & staff parking

Reserved — accreditation required

Wraps the north and east sides of the building.
Who
Money Circle members and accredited event staff. Nobody else.
Where
The closest parking to the venue — it wraps the northern and eastern sides of the arena building.
On arrival
Show your Money Circle confirmation or staff accreditation at the access point. Vehicles without it are turned back to their own area.

Car Show

Display area for entered vehicles

Directly south of the arena, left of the vendor parking.
Who
Vehicles entered into the Car Show — not spectators.
Where
The display area directly south of the arena building, immediately left of the pink vendor parking. The two areas sit side by side, so check which box you are waved into.
On arrival
Show vehicles need to be in position before the main crowd arrives, so come well ahead of general parking. Tell the marshal at the access point that you are a Car Show entrant.
Note
Once placed, vehicles stay put for the duration of the show. Take anything you will need with you.

Two separate areas: pink is where your vehicle goes, orange is where you trade.

Where approved vendors leave their vehicles

South of the arena, right of the Car Show area.
Who
Approved vendors — personal and delivery vehicles.
Where
The block south of the arena, below the Media Room and immediately right of the purple Car Show area.
On arrival
Offload your stock at your stand first, then move your vehicle straight to pink. Vehicles cannot stay parked in the stand area.

Vendor stand area

Setup and trading — not a parking area

The strip along the western face of the arena.
Who
Approved vendors setting up stands.
Where
Between the general parking area and the venue, running along the western face of the arena building.
On arrival
Set up in your allocated spot, early enough to be trading before attendee gates open.
Note
This is the one area that is not parking. Your vehicle belongs in pink.

On the day

Park only in your allocated area

Follow the directions of the security and parking teams on arrival. Sticking to your colour is what keeps traffic flowing and stops congestion building up around the venue and along Voortrekker Road.
